Return Eligibility

  • Photos of the packaging, where applicable

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.

Replacement & Refund

After reviewing your request, we may offer an eligible replacement or refund, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to appear may depend on your bank or payment provider.
